1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

To access premium features and earn money, you must create an account.
Creators who wish to receive payouts must verify their identity via a government-issued photo ID.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Content Posting

✅ You may upload recipes, photos, videos, and cooking content.
✅ All content must be original, respectful, and follow our community guidelines.
❌ No hate speech, nudity, or offensive behavior is allowed.

CookNet reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates these rules.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

CookNet uses Stripe as the main payment provider for supported countries.
Creators earn money from:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Tips
• Pay-per-recipe purchases

Creators receive up to 80% of revenue from their subscribers. CookNet takes a small platform fee to maintain operations.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

Verified creators can request payouts anytime, depending on balance thresholds.
Withdrawals are processed via Stripe or alternative payment providers for countries not supported by Stripe.
All payouts are subject to platform review and anti-fraud checks.

6. Taxes

Creators are responsible for declaring their own earnings to local tax authorities.
CookNet may provide earnings statements but does not withhold or manage creator taxes.

7. User Conduct

All users must behave respectfully on the platform.
Spamming, harassment, and inappropriate messaging will lead to account restrictions or removal.

Users may block or report others directly on their profiles or content.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
CookNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms or community guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

CookNet is not liable for:

• Any content uploaded by users or creators
• Financial loss due to misuse of the platform
• Technical errors or outages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make major changes, we’ll notify you via email or platform alert.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

CookNet is operated by a company registered in Cyprus.
All legal matters will be governed by Cypriot law.
